Zlatan Ibrahimovic wants to learn French

Strengthening the French club, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is incomplete if it can not speak French. That is what striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic felt.

The striker, brought in by PSG from AC Milan in the transfer market last summer, plans to immediately learn French to be more integrated with his new life.

“I will learn French. It’s a beautiful language and I hope to understand it quickly, “Ibra said on the club’s official website on Monday (12/24/2012).

When Ibra arrived, the enthusiasm of Paris especially PSG fans was very high. Unlike other players, Ibra even showed off his PSG costume in front of the Eifel Tower when it was introduced to the Paris public for the first time.

“I came here to study. Before I came here, I didn’t know much about Paris. Now I know a little, Lárc de Triomphe, Concorde, Eifel Tower, “he said.

This high expectation has been paid by the Swede by scoring 18 goals in 16 Ligue 1 matches so far. He also contributed to PSG’s ambition to win the title this season.

Although he does not understand French, Ibra has no difficulty communicating with coach Carlo Ancelotti. That’s because both of them use Italian, the country of origin of Ancelotti.
