Zinedine Zidane said, Gareth Bale will stay at Real Madrid until the end of this season
Zinedine Zidane wants Gareth Bale to stay at Real Madrid until the end of this season. Zidane claimed to be on good terms with the Wales star player.
Bale was widely reported to be leaving the Santiago Bernabeu in the 2020 winter exchange. The Chinese club is rumored to be a new port candidate for the Welsh player.
Currently, Bale is reportedly struggling with injuries but Los Blancos has not released his medical results. As a result, speculation is rife that Bale was deliberately removed from Zidane’s squad.
The rumor was firmly denied by Zidane. The Madrid coach insisted that Bale remained at Madrid, at least until the end of the season.
“I want Bale to stay in Madrid until the end of the season. Many people say if I want him to leave next January, it doesn’t make sense,” Zidane was quoted as saying by Marca.
“Our fans have to think positively, as the players want to stay at the club. Bale is back here and wants to recover, but he has not recovered enough,” he continued.
“We have a good relationship and greet each other every day, I really love all my players. No problem happened with Bale, even last summer when he wanted to leave.”
