Colby Covington who recently lost against Kamaru Usman at UFC 245 is not prepared for his next fight because, in the previous fight, he suffered a mandibular fracture that could take him away from the octagon for up to six months.

However, Dana White is interested in making a potential fight with the American former Interim UFC Welterweight Champion, which will be more exciting than the last fight.

“I will be glad to schedule a fight between Covington and Woodley now,” White told the media after the PPV (via MMA Fighting). “It will be more exciting than the previous fight, but if you have a broken jaw, you will be out for a while. After a war like this, he will have to rest, take care of himself, and then we will see what he wants to do,” Dana White said in a press conference.
