Abdelaziz is quite certain that the battle of Khabib vs Ferguson will take place, although the UFC has not officially confirmed it. On the other hand, Ferguson reportedly had not signed the agreement because he wanted further negotiations.

Ferguson is said to be very interested in facing the Russian fighter nicknamed The Eagle. However, until Ferguson signed the agreement, the UFC could only state that the battle was being carried out. Thus proclaimed Metro.
