Tony Ferguson gets training kits from RDXSports for his upcoming UFC 262 Fight

The former champ never doubted his talents

After his consecutive two losses, former Interim UFC Lightweight Champion Tony Ferguson is looking for a heroic return at UFC 262 against Beneil Dariush. Ferguson has already started trading with two legendary coaches Freddie Roach and Georges St-Pierre, to get a win. Now, he bought a new training kit for his nonstop training sessions.

Ferguson lost his most recent fight in December 2020 at 256, which led him to a two-fight losing streak. It is El Cucuy’s fight losing streak in his 30-fight career. However, his back-to-back losses to Charles Oliveira and Justin Gaethje remarks first losses on Tony Ferguson’s record since way back in 2012.

Now that El Cucuy needs a win desperately, he seems putting the best one can do. To get an advantage in the training camp, Ferguson ordered customized gloves from RDX Sports.

His delivery came all the way from UK, and Ferguson seems excited after receiving his delivery. “Special Delivery @RDXSports Thank You Crew What a week Thankful & Grateful for my talents,” Tony Ferguson expressed his feelings via a Twitter video. He ordered ‘Tri-Lira 1 Pro Training gloves’ in black and golden color.

Tony Ferguson training with Freddie Roach and Georges St-Pierre

Earlier this month, Ferguson announced that he teamed up with the legendary boxing trainer Freddie Roach. However, he decided to change the coach to get an edge over Dariush.

The 37-year-old already started visiting Roach’s Wild Card Boxing Club. Besides, he is also training with one of the GOATs of MMA, Georges St-Pierre. Ferguson keeps the fan updated about his training camp by posting photos with his trainers.

Ferguson is currently ranked at No 5 in the lightweight division. Although a win may not increase his ranking, he will have the credibility to challenge other top fighters. El Cucuy has exactly one and a half months in his hand, and it seems he will go through extreme training camp.
