
Conor McGregor called out Dustin Poirier and stated that the El Diamante should man up and face him inside the octagon. Both the fighters were tied at the same playing field having one win apiece at UFC 257.
However, Dustin avenged his loss by a second-round TKO of McGregor. Those two will look to settle the score once and for all when they meet each other on July 10, 2021.
Conor and Dustin stepped on the gas and started promoting this fight as soon as the deal was corroborated. Their ongoing feud on Twitter is attracting numerous eyeballs. Conor in a recent tweet dissed Dustin and challenged him to fight without running.
He said, “Good to hear Dustin, I hope so. As last time you backed up and shot inside the first 30 seconds. I’ll be in the middle from the very go if you want it. You know that. I’ll be ready for the tactics this time too tho. See you in there.”

Addressing the eight-year commemoration of his UFC debut, Conor McGregor reviewed the difficult work that took him to the highest point of the UFC mountain. He promised to adopt a similar strategy to what he calls his “rebound battle” against Poirier.

In a recently shared Instagram story, the notorious gave a sneak peek into his training regime to beat Dustin.
Conor can be seen lifting weights, doing pull-ups, and working out his core and leg muscles. It seems that the champ is ready to crush his opponent by honing his skills until the last moment.
The conqueror between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier will go on to fight the champ of Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveria match-up for the lightweight title.
