“Kamaru Usman Will F**king Kill You !”-Justin Gaethje Accepts Conor McGregor 170lbs Challenge With New UFC 261 Welterweight King

UFC lightweight contender Justin Gaethje sent a message to Conor McGregor, telling the superstar that Kamaru Usman would beat him in a fight. This was Usman’s third stoppage win in his last four outings as he bested Gilbert Burns and knocked out Colby Covington.

McGregor decided to weigh in on the action after previously taking shots at “The Nigerian Nightmare” for copying his catchphrases and now supposedly imitating his moves. Prior to the event, Usman joked that it was a “green panty” night. It was in reference to whenever anybody got the opportunity to face him they had a big payday. This was evidently a play on words after Conor McGregor touted a “red panty night.”

Conor McGregor tweeted, “Usman even copying my shots now. Am I to fight this guy at some stage? I think so. Can’t be copying my words and my shots and not get a smack for it. I like 170. It’s mine soon.”

McGregor has called out Usman in the past and it’s no surprise to see the 32-year-old athlete doing so once again. Justin Gaethje, Kamaru’s teammate came to his defense in response to McGregor’s tweet and commented that Usman would kill the Irishman if they ever met inside the Octagon.

Justin tweeted, “Dooooo it. All bark. @USMAN84kg will fucking kill you. At least you will get knocked out when your the mean McNuggets.”

In general, McGregor has been a great fighter at 145lbs and 155lbs during his UFC career. Moving up to 170lbs against someone as strong as Usman sounds like a tough matchup. McGregor will always have the puncher’s chance against anyone he fights, but it seems like a bad idea for him.
