Kevin Holland wasted no time in engaging Marvin Vettori once they were both inside the ring. Holland managed to get in few quick punches at the start of the match. But reading the intention of his opponent, Marvin closed down the distance to start working on his clinch and take the fight to the ground.
While Kevin looked like he had things under control but in fact was struggling as he failed to keep the Italian away from his body and legs. It looked as if Vettori was looking to bully Holland. While maintaining the top position after a takedown, Marvin launched a barrage of punches on Kevin Holland to keep the torture going.
The result was a unanimous victory for Marvin Vettori. On being asked to comment on the fight and his opponent. He said, “I think he put up a better fight, he was more game. Props to him for stepping up, he has more respect from me now than before. It was a good challenge.”

Kevin Holland calls out for Marvin Vettori VS Derek Brunson
Following his straight second loss in a 21-day span, the future of Kevin Holland remains to be seen. After a unanimous loss against Derek Brunson, Holland marched off to his second fight but lost another headliner against Marvin Vettori. Bruno and Marvin both relied on wrestling to take down their opponent and were successful.
Kevin reacted to the loss on social media. He first called out Darren Till to wish him a speedy recovery and to let him know the immense respect he has for him. Then he went on to state on Instagram the fight he wishes to see next.
Kevin said, “@derekbrunson vs @marvinvettori next since you both hump so well…. props to you both you made me a better man but @b_allen185 is better than you both. I’ll be back see you, 3 little ninjas.”
But with Marvin wanting a rematch with ‘The Last Stylebender’, we hardly think there’s a possibility of Derek VS Vettori happening.
