“F**king Go Away!”: Dana White Slams At Triller Fight Club For Tailing His Business

UFC President Dana White interacts with media during the UFC 262 press conference at George R. Brown Convention Center on May 13, 2021 in Houston, Texas.

Dana White had an enjoyable Press Conference in the aftermath of UFC 262. However, White lost his cool following questions about Jake Paul and Triller Fight Club.

Previously, Dana White refused to partner with Triller Fight Club. Following a boxing match between Jake Paul and Ben Askren, White openly shared his disliking for Paul and the promotion. Moreover, the UFC President ripped into them in his post-fight reaction.

“Don’t even ask me about these idiots,” White said at the UFC 262 post-fight reaction. “I don’t even take their calls. This idiot calls me every day. He calls me every day: ‘Please answer my call. Please talk to me. Why won’t you talk to me?’ Because I don’t give a f*ck about you. Do your thing. Leave me alone. Go f*cking do whatever it is you’re doing. Knock yourself out”.

Dana reveals that he is constantly contacted by Triller executives, possibly in hopes of a collaboration. Additionally, this statement was in response to a question regarding the rumored boxing bout between GSP and Oscar De Da Hoya. Clearly, White is not a big fan of the idea, or any such ideas involving former or present UFC fighters.

Specifically, White goes off on De La Hoya, who reportedly tried to tempt Georges St-Pierre into a boxing fight. Although Georges would be willing to accept the challenge, he is contractually bound by the UFC not to fight in any other promotion. Furthermore, Dana gives the example of Chuck Lidell, who got influenced by De La Hoya, only to no substantial gain.

Why Does Dana White Dislike Triller and Jake Paul?

Previously, Dana White ridiculed Jake and Triller for the setup of Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren. Whilst his feud with Jake is older and well documented, the UFC President also began “beef’ with Triller, calling them a “circus”.

“I (couldn’t) care less. I have no interest in talking to any of those idiots. They can do their thing. Do your thing. Stop talking about me. What do you give a sh*t what I’m doing? Go do your thing,” White added about Triller.

As such, it is difficult to imagine a possible crossover or collaboration between UFC fighters and Triller Fight Club for the foreseeable future. However, fighters that are not contractually bound by the UFC, or fighters from other promotions might still make an appearance in that promotion.
