UEFA: Real Madrid humiliated Belgian club Club Brugge

Real Madrid trailed 0-2 at home to Belgian club Club Brugge in the 2019/2020 Champions League group stage. The visitors’ two goals were scored by the same player: Emmanuel Dennis.

Entertaining Club Brugge at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Madrid, Wednesday (2/10/2019), Madrid fielded their best squad since the start of the match. On the front lines, names like Lucas Vazquez, Karim Benzema, and Eden Hazard were installed as starters.

Instead of leading in the first round, El Real’s squad actually conceded first. In the 10th minute, Emmanuel Dennis escaped the offside trap and tore the Real Madrid goal. Referee Georgi Kabakov from Bulgaria was upset by the decision, he examined the VAR before finally convinced that the goal was valid.

Instead of rising in the rest of the first half, Real Madrid looked frustrated in an attempt to equalize the score. In the 40th minute, Emmanuel Dennis again tore El Real’s goal. 0-2 score lasted until the first half ended.

After halftime, Real Madrid is likely to make a substitute first. On the bench, they still keep Luka Jovic, Isco, and Vinicius Junior who are attacking instincts to increase the power bang on the front lines.
