Nick Kyrgios, the Australian tennis star, got furious about being compared to fellow player Bernard Tomic. Kyrgios further compared their achievements on and off-court.

The World No. 56 is well known for losing his cool during many matches and events. Recently, social media witnessed the wrath of the player after being compared to his countrymen Tomic.

The Aussie further went to Instagram and posted stories to present the facts of how he’s different from Tomic. Kyrgios mentioned his charitable works and also went ahead to talk about his victory over the top four players.

The Aussie wrote in the stories, “I got compared with Bernard Tomic today and I’ve never felt more insulted.

“Does he have a foundation? @nkfoundation — does he have the accomplishments?

“Did he raise money for the bushfires? It’s a disgusting man.

“Do you research, also I ain’t f***ing with anyone who does OnlyFans.

“Oh, and by accomplishments (I beat the big 4).”

Kyrgios has been in news for his tantrums in matches but aside from that he also uplifted his reputation in 2020. During the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic last year, the Aussie came ahead and actively raised his voice against how everyone should follow the quarantine guideline. He even criticized World No. 1 Novak Djokovic for hosting a party during Adria Tour last year, which resulted in many players testing positive for the virus.

The 26-year-old also raised funds for the victims of the Australian bushfires. Further, Kyrgios restricted himself from entering the sport when the season resumed last year to promote his views of social distancing. The Aussie returned to the sport in 2021 at the Australian Open, where he lost to the third round to Dominic Thiem.

Nick used this social media opportunity to talk about his achievements. As the Aussie once defeated Roger Federer in their seven meetings and won three matches against Rafael Nadal. Further, Kyrgios never lost to Djokovic in their two face-offs. Whereas, Bernard Tomic once ranked 17 now dropped to Rank 206 and only plays in the lower tier tournaments.
