Paul Pogba names the legendary stars from the different sporting backgrounds who have inspired him. The Frenchman has talked about the stars whose mentality to win games has been incorporated into the mind of Pogba.
Paul Pogba has revealed the players who have influenced him the most during his 22 years as a footballer.
In an interview on 29th April 2021, Pogba said, “I feel that Tom Brady, Mohammed Ali and Micheal Jordan inspire me the most.”

“The concept of mental strength unites all sports, since it would be the only common factor” said IL Polpo Paul.
Paul Pogba through his comments has made the point that irrespective of the varied domain of sports, there are many common factors that they are based on. Hence he uses the mentality of his role models when playing a game to help his team succeed.
Pogba knows that he cannot hope to emulate them as they are, since one sportsman cannot play the same way as another.
But, he believes that there are components in each of his role models that would best compliment his playing style.
In this way, Pogba has incorporated Brady’s urge that he used to never give up on any game despite his age becoming a hindrance for the NFL superstar.
Moreover, Pogba feels that the work ethic used by Ali and Jordan is a quality that can help him to become a bigger player than he is now.
