Raheem Sterling has received the adulations of former Manchester City player Micah Richards. Following Sterling’s recent return to form for the Citizens ex footballer and BBC presenter Richards has praised the young Englishman.
Raheem Sterling did not have the best of games for quite a while, and his re-ememergence for the Manchester side has excited Micah in more ways than one.
In an report published on BBC, the former City player said, “Other may feel what Sterling is easy to reciprocate. But, in truth it’s very special.”

Richards knows that Sterling is the right sort of player to have in a big match. Despite who the opposition are and how strong their lineups can be.
When Sterling joined City, Richard had the foot out the door. They met quite a few times in training, but never had the pleasure of playing with each other.
Even still they had the utmost respect for one another and met many times as opponents whenever City and Aston Villa/Liverpool (Sterling’s former team) clashed in the EPL.

It was in this way that Richards understood the true ability of Raheem Sterling and that he could show up and make a difference in any game.
Now Manchester City will take on Paris St Germain in one of their toughest fixtures ever. Raheem Sterling has faced teams like PSG in the EPL whenever City play Manchester United or Chelsea.
But, he never lets the name of the team or the star-studded lineups fill him with fear and make him lose objective. Once he set’s on his task he does not stop until the job is done.
He showed that through his creative passing recently in the Carabao Cup final game against Tottenham on 25th April 2021. Therefore, with Raheem Sterling City can take breather and be rest assured of a victory.
