Andrea Dovizioso was confused after failing to win the Japanese MotoGP in 2019. According to him, the speed of the Ducati motorbike was fixed but other drivers could be faster.
In the race that took place in Motegi, Japan, Sunday (10/20/2019) Dovizioso managed to appear competitive at the start of the race. However, after passing the 10th lap he felt strange about his motorcycle.
“It was a strange race. I have felt uncomfortable since before the race,” Dovizioso said after the race, Crash.net was quoted as saying.
Furthermore, the Italian racer was quite satisfied after being able to finish on the podium even though only in third. Dovi finished behind Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) and Fabio Quartararo (Petronas Yamaha).
It is also listed as Dovizioso’s 100th podium at the motorcycle grand prix race track.
