On the Threshold of the World Champion Title in Thailand, Marquez Won’t Play Safely

Marc Marquez is preparing to lock in the 2019 MotoGP championship title in Thailand . However, Marquez will not change his approach.

The Repsol Honda rider is 98 points ahead of his closest rival Andrea Dovizioso in the MotoGP standings. With this situation, Marquez will ensure the title of sixth in the premier class with only two points alias finished 14th in Buriram, Sunday (6/10/2019).

Nevertheless, Marquez will not necessarily take it easy in later races. Marquez still aiming for victory.

The target is not difficult to view Marquez’s statistics. The 26-year-old rider won the inaugural race in Thailand, plus always finished in the top two throughout this season.

“We have just had an extraordinary weekend at Aragon and it was great to win in front of the public,” Marquez was quoted as saying by Marca. “I want to bring that enthusiasm and confidence to Thailand, so we can achieve maximum results later.”

“Our approach has not changed at all even with the situation like now, we will work hard to be the best on Sunday,” continued the Spaniard.

“Last season we had an interesting race in Thailand, so hopefully we will later show interesting performances for fans,” he said.
