Neymar Wants to Return to Barcelona Soon

Neymar is ready to do anything to join again with Barcelona. One of them asked his lawyer team to look for legal loopholes so that he could leave as soon as possible from Paris Saint Germain (PSG).

Neymar claimed he was no longer happy with PSG and wanted to leave this year. This desire was expressed because the “protection period” is almost complete. Moreover, he has received the blessing of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

It said, “the period of protection” will expire after the third season, or later in the summer. That is, although they still have a contract until 30 June 2022, the 27-year-old has the right to leave the Parc des Princes.

The contract clauses are regulated in FIFA Regulations for Statutes and Transfers. According to Clause 14 of FIFA regulations, a contract can be terminated by one or both parties without consequences or the like (whether in the form of payment of compensation or sports sanctions) if there is a cause.

Whereas in Clause 16 it is stated that the contract cannot be terminated while the season is still running. That’s why Neymar asked his legal team to find a way back to Camp Nou. He hopes to be back in Spain after the competition ends.

Because, based on FIFA regulations, Neymar has been allowed to negotiate with Barcelona at the end of the season. Later, the former Santos player can buy himself. This is similar to the way it did when it was bought by PSG for 222 million euros.

For the sake of expediting his move again to Barcelona, Neymar also did various things. He decided to live outside Paris. This sparked controversy. The fans are now questioning his loyalty to PSG. Moreover, he had no intention of changing his situation.

Besides, Neymar also uploaded a picture with Suarez and Messi. This clearly shows that the 175 cm player wants to immediately remove the PSG uniform. That desire might be fulfilled. You see, FIFA reportedly was calculating how much compensation should be paid.
