Watch: Steph Curry Breaks Record for Most 3 Pointers in a Month With Insane Jumper

Stephen Curry

Steph Curry is having the most memorable month of his career. Over the 13 games so far in April, he has scored 30 or more 12 times and has recorded four games with at least 10 3-pointers. Averaging 38.1 points for the month, Curry broke NBA record for most 3-pointers in a calendar month.

While James Harden held the record for hitting 82 threes in November 2019, Curry is already on 85. With still two games to play this month, nobody would doubt Curry to hit the century mark.

It’s not just the volume but Curry’s been racking up these numbers. He has been knocking down 52.9 percent of his field-goal attempts, 47.2 percent of 3-pointers and 89.7 percent of his free throws in April.

More importantly, this hot stretch has got the Warriors rolling. Since their three straight losses to start April, Golden State has won eight of 11 including impressive wins over the Nuggets (twice), 76ers, Bucks and the Celtics.

Take a look at the insane jumper Curry pulled off from the parking lot that took him ahead of Harden.

Where do Steph Curry and the Warriors go from here?

With two games to go in April, Steph Curry will set his eyes on reaching 100 3-pointers for the month.

Without a doubt, the performances displayed by Curry in April have been nothing short of jaw-dropping. But this is the level he has to sustain if the Golden State have to have any chances of making it to the playoffs.

The win over Sacramento takes them to 31-30, tied with San Antonio for the 10th seed while trailing the seventh-seeded Portland franchise by just 1.5 games and the sixth-seeded Dallas team by three.

Curry will look to extend his 3-pointers record in April as the Warriors host the Mavericks for a crucial game.
