After struggling for his first season with the Knicks, Randle has come into his own this season. New head coach Tom Thibodeau has been key to the forward’s impressive form this season. Playing through Randle, coach Tibbs has unlocked Randle’s playmaking potential.

The All-Star has also massively improved his three point shooting. After being a below league average shooter, Randle has massively improved his jump shot and is shooting 40.1% from the three point line.

With a massively improved jump shot and a significant increase in his playmaking, Randle’s offensive numbers have shot up massively this season. The 26-year-old is currently averaging 23.6 points, 10.5 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game, all career highs for Randle.

With his current season, he is making a massive case for being the Most Improved Player this season. Can Julius Randle lead the Knicks to a playoff spot and win the MIP trophy? Let us know in the comments below.
