Kyle Kuzma praises Montrezl Harrell for “playing w/ a lot of intensity” following Lakers win over Timberwolves

The Los Angeles Lakers are a team with a number of talented players on the roster. While LeBron James and Anthony Davis are the two superstars on the team, they have a set of excellent supporting players as well. Players like Kyle Kuzma, Marc Gasol, and Montrezl Harrell make life easy for the team.

Having a strong bench is very important for success in the NBA. During the playoffs, a solid bench will help the team find their way out of difficult situations.

The Lakers are well aware of this aspect and thus decided to invest in Montrezl Harrell in the offseason. Prior to joining the purple and gold, Harrell was an instrumental part of the LA Clippers. However, the Clippers allowed him to join their noisy neighbors in LA.

So far Harrell has done wonders for the team and come playoff time, this extra help will increase the team’s hope to win a back-to-back NBA Championship.

Harrell played a huge role in the Lakers’ tremendous victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight. The 2020 Sixth Man of the Year award winner scored 25 points as the Lakers completely blew out the Wolves.

Following this amazing victory, Lakers’ Kuzma had nothing but commendation for his teammates. Kuzma said:

He’s playing w/ a lot of intensity. It’s something that we really need, especially right now in this regular season. Someone that is playing extremely hard. … He’s huge for us.”

The intensity and aggression that Montrezl brings to the floor is something each team wants to see in their players. This ability allows him to increase the morale of his teammates and also help them in crucial moments.
