“Keep Growing, Keep Getting Better” Jordan Clarkson Praises his Utah Jazz Teammates for the Win

Jordan Clarkson and the Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz completely blew out the short-handed Brooklyn Nets in their matchup tonight. Although the Jazz won the game by an overwhelming margin, it was not a good day for their guard Jordan Clarkson.

Clarkson played 21 points tonight and scored just three points. Moreover, he was 1-of-15 from the field! This was a well below-average performance from the 28-year-old. Nonetheless, instead of sulking about it, Clarkson joked about this and also praised his teammates in the process. He tweeted:

“Great team win!! keep growing, keep getting better, laying brick by brick i think i took that literally tonight!!”

Hopefully, Clarkson can have a good game in their fixture and have some redemption for tonight. After all, he has built a reputation for being a solid bench player in the last few years.

Can Jordan Clarkson and the Utah Jazz win the NBA title?

Defeating the Nets would have been an ordeal if Brooklyn was at full strength. But today, they didn’t have four of their best players in Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, James Harden, and Blake Griffin. As a result, the Jazz are not getting that much credit for this victory.

However, this season particularly, Utah has been in an utterly sensational form. Even though they are stacked in the Western Conference, the Jazz are the number one seed in the conference. Furthermore, their record of 32-11 is the best in the league.

Considering that, this might finally be the championship year for the franchise. Hopefully, they can translate this form in the playoffs as they have a solid team. Do you believe the Jazz has what it takes to win it all this season? Let us know your views in the comments section below.
