Charles Barkley Responds to Fan Who Mistook him as Shaquille O’Neal

Charles Barkley

Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley are the two most vocal analysts on screen. Known for their on-screen antics, both of them are common targets of young fans on social media.

The Inside the NBA analysts are as hilarious and genuine as they come. While they have had their fair share of disagreements both on and off the court, it is the respect that they have for one another that keeps their relationship strong.

Both legends are known for being quite blunt with their trash talking of modern-day NBA players. Shaq even stars in a segment called Shaqtin a Fool on Inside the NBA. A show aimed at trolling the most hilarious mess-ups that happen through an NBA season. While Charles has faced criticism as well, he is well known for his crazy inclination to making and losing outrageous bets.

Recently, Charles Barkley responded to a fan who mistook him for Shaq in a video that went viral.

The random kid went live when he had seen Charles. The fan shouted with excitement, “Yo Shaquille O’Neal! It’s Shaq! It’s Shaq!”

The 11x NBA all-star had a hilarious response to the young fan. The 58-year-old said, “All black people don’t look alike.”

While some people believe it was a deliberate act by the kid, it is still a grade A response from Chuck.

The two big men often have a go at each other during their post-game show, and they manage to get a laugh out of it every single time. When two strong minded people are great at what they do, there will be a difference of opinion more often than not. But if the respect between the two is mutual, then it is more of a Shaq-Chuck relationship.

Currently, both retired athletes serve as analysts on Turner Network Sports’ post-game show, Inside the NBA. Alongside Kenny Smith and Johnson, the show has won 11 Emmy Awards, four of which have gone to Barkley.
