After a message on social networks where he talked about retiring, Nate Diaz said he would not hang his gloves.
“Who said he was retired? I am always ready to fight,” Diaz said to Ariel Helwani on Saturday afternoon.
Five days after losing to Jorge Masvidal in UFC 244, Diaz wrote: “Fuck a rematch, this shit ended before it started. I’m going on a tour. Peace to the fights.” He wrote on his Instagram account.

The message speculated that the Californian, who has won one of his last three fights, would withdraw from the MMA.
Diaz, before UFC 244 said he planned to “fight forever,” and that “he would never retire.”
The UFC president, Dana White, expressed no interest in realizing the revenge of Diaz vs Masvidal after UFC 244, leaving the Californian without knowing what his next fight would be.
