MU Has No Attacker, Threatened by Aubameyang
Manchester United entertain Arsenal without a mature striker. At the same time, Arsenal instead came with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who was being sharp.
MU in a situation not ideal towards the match against Arsenal at Old Trafford on Tuesday (10/01/2019) early morning hrs. ‘Red Devils’ during an attacking crisis.
As is known as Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford are currently in the treatment room because of injury. As a result of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now only has Mason Greenwood and Tahith Chong as attackers ready to play.
Yet so far MU has had enough trouble scoring. Of all the Big Six teams, MU is the team with the lowest goal productivity.
Manchester City has collected 24 goals, followed by Liverpool with 17 goals. Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea both collected 12 goals, while Arsenal had 11 goals up to this point.
Speaking of Arsenal who will be against MU this week, the name Aubameyang will have to be very wary of Harry Maguire et al. Arsenal got a lot of goals from the Gabon international striker.
Aubameyang has made six goals in six matches so far, aka having an average of one goal/game. In the provisional scorer list, the 30-year-old only lost sharply to Sergio Aguero (8 goals) and Tammy Abraham (7 goals).
Throughout his career, Aubameyang has been seen dealing with MU four times and entirely in his Arsenal uniform. From four appearances, he scored two goals.
He scored each goal at home against MU or at the Emirates Stadium. It is interesting to wait if he succeeds in ending the goal fast at Old Trafford.
Aubameyang felt one win, one draw and two defeats in four contra MU meetings. In the two parties away to Manchester, he lost 1-2 in the 2017/2018 season and was balanced 2-2 the following season.
