MotoGP: Lorenzo wants to come back to the paddock

Jorge Lorenzo decided to retire after the 2019 MotoGP season. Recently, he expressed his desire to return to the paddock.

Lorenzo hung his helmet after completing the last MotoGP race in 2019 at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, Valencia, mid-November. He closed his 18-year career in the world of motor racing with a five-time world champion.

After retiring, Lorenzo spent time on vacation in Bali and attended various Honda events. Although he has stopped his activities as a racer, he admitted that he still wanted to continue his career in the MotoGP world as part of the paddock team.

“I will certainly return to the paddock. There is something I can announce immediately,” Lorenzo was quoted as saying by Crash.

“If you have the chance to live (in the MotoGP world) without pressure, then you will be happy to take it,” he said.

However, he did not want to reveal what position he wanted when he joined the paddock later.
