Marc Marquez’s goal of locking the 2019 MotoGP world title has been reached
Marc Marquez’s goal of locking the 2019 MotoGP world title has been reached. Now, the Repsol Honda team racer will enjoy the remaining four races.
Marquez closed the title race while appearing at the Thai GP. It was the fourth circuit for The Baby Alien to celebrate its status as a MotoGP world champion.
Nevertheless, Alex Marquez’s older brother sees his success this year as not easily obtained. He said, when he successfully conquered every race by touching the first place, then he felt tremendous pressure.
“It’s not easy. We work 100 percent, and when I have a lot of profits during this season, I began to feel pressure, everyone looked at me,” Marquez was quoted as saying from Motorsport-Total, Tuesday (10/15/2019).
The pressure faced by Marquez does not seem to end because there is still more work to be done. One of them by devouring the remaining four races with satisfying results.
In this regard, Marquez seems to realize that completing the remaining four races is not an easy problem. Moreover, the next race will be held by the Japanese GP, which incidentally is a cage for Honda.
Marquez will also be there in the middle and try to win. The Spaniard wants to transfer success in Thailand when he paves at the Twin Ring Motegi Circuit this weekend.
“My first goal in Japan was to finish with a positive result, because every time I won the world championship, I fell in the next race. I said in Aragon that my goal was to finish the rest of the race on the podium,” Marquez stressed.
“We must not forget that there is a Constructor World Championship. Ducati is leading, but we are only 19 points behind and will put pressure on us,” concluded Marquez.
