To date, Khabib remains undefeated in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, holding a legendary 29-0 record. Additionally, he is also the longest-reigning UFC Lightweight Champion, holding the belt from 8 Apr 2018 to 24 Oct 2020.

Notably, Khabib is the first Russian-born, Muslim fighter to win a title in the UFC. Khabib also has the most title wins in the Lightweight division (4), the same as BJ Penn and Benson Henderson. Moreover, Khabib’s UFC 229 main event fight against Conor McGregor drew 2.4 million PPV buys, which is the highest ever for an MMA event.

According to Forbes, Khabib earned around $16.5 million in the 2019-20 fiscal year. Interestingly, The Eagle earned more than $6 million each in payouts for his last two fights against Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje.

For his first title fight, Khabib took home $530,000, with $500k as a guarantee and $30k as a performance bonus. He fought Al Iaquinta to claim Conor McGregor’s vacated title. 

For his title defense against Conor, Khabib was guaranteed $2 million, along with a $40k bonus. Unfortunately, Khabib lost $500k of this as a fine for attacking a member of Conor’s team post-fight. As a result, Khabib took away a $1.5 million payout from the fight.

Moroever for his second and third title defenses, Khabib beat Justin Gaethje and Dustin Poirier. He made $6.09 million from each of the fights with some sources claiming that his payout for the Gaethje fight to be higher.

Aside from his UFC and MMA earnings, Khabib owes a portion of his net worth to his endorsements and public appearances.

Since 2019, Khabib has been the brand ambassador of a payment service called SalamPay. Other than that, he is also sponsored by big companies like Gorilla Energy, Reebok, and Toyota.

The Russian champion also makes a lot of money via special appearances. According to sources, the former champ charges $300k for his appearances in the UFC or elsewhere.

  • Khabib Nurmagomedov Luxurious House

As of today, Khabib lives in Makhachkala, the largest city in Dagestan. It is also the capital of the Republic of Dagestan, Russia. Khabib also frequently visits the Dagestani village of Sildi, located near the border with the Chechen Republic. He has taken to social media on numerous occasions to showcase the beauty of this village.

Additionally, Khabib also has a house in San Jose, California which allows him to stay close to his wife and two kids. Aside from that, he is also the founder of Eagles MMA in Moscow.

Aside from being a former UFC champion and now trainer, Khabib is also a motor enthusiast. As such, his collection includes a fine variety of automobiles.

Upon acquiring a driving license in his native Dagestan, Khabib bought his first car- a Lada Priora. Although inexpensive, it is a reliable car. Eventually, Khabib sold the car to fund his MMA Career. Previously, Khabib got his hands on a Mercedes AMG-GT ($200,000) which was gifted to him by a Russian billionaire. Unfortunately, this car was lost in an accident after one of Khabib’s friends crashed it.

Interestingly, Khabib has also been seen driving a Ferrari in California worth around $215,000, although it’s unclear if the car was his own or on lease. Following his victory over Conor McGregor at UFC 229, Khabib traveled to Nigeria to fix 13 wells to provide safe and drinkable water. Moreover, Khabib also runs a drug rehabilitation center in his native Dagestan whilst also being the face of the Pure Heart Foundation. Additionally, Khabib also helped to raise over $100,000 for Dustin Poirier’s Charity – The Good Fight Foundation.
