For 11 years Khabib Nurmagomedov has worked in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Not surprisingly, Khabib Nurmagomedov began to think about retiring.
The first time Khabib fought in the MMA arena was in 2008. At that time he faced Vusal Bayramov and immediately won the first round in 2 minutes 20 seconds. Since then, Khabib has played 28 matches and always won.
Khabib managed to conquer the United States fighter, Dustin Poirier, in UFC 242 who fought for the lightweight world championship belt. Inevitably, the victory has further confirmed Khabib as one of the best fighters ever.
Khabib’s father and trainer, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, signaled that his son would retire soon. According to Abdulmanap, Khabib would be very eligible to retire after diving 30 matches without defeat.
“For Khabib, 30-0 is enough. Regarding the final battle, then of course, we want the fight to defend his last (world champion) title in Moscow,” Abdulmanap was quoted as saying by Russian Time.
