Jorge Lorenzo’s unsatisfactory appearance makes many people doubt that Honda will retain the driver until the contract expires. However, ahead of 2019, Aragon MotoGP Lorenzo insists there is no need to hesitate.
Currently, Lorenzo still leaves a contract until the 2020 season. When alluded to the performance that is getting down, the Spaniard born in Palma, 23 years ago, said that the road was still long.
“(About my future, red ) I just want to say, my contract with Honda still remains,” Lorenzo was quoted as saying on Crash.net, Saturday (9/21/2019).
As we know, since joining the Honda racing team in the 2019 season, the former Ducati racer has never been on the podium. Instead of looking stunning, Lorenzo actually always finishes outside the top 10. Conditions that make many people doubt Lorenzo’s ability to drive a Honda RC213V.
Lorenzo was even absent in four races due to injury in the Dutch MotoGP some time ago. Since his comeback at Silverstone, Lorenzo can only finish in 14th position.
