UFC 260 is stacked with back-to-back stunning battles. Sean O’Malley (12-1-0) is scheduled to face (22-4-0) Thomas Almeida for the bantamweight bout. The Bantamweight bout between “Sugar” and “Thominhas” ranks third on Main Card following the Heavyweight title bout and the Welterweight bout.
Sean O’Malley was last seen on August 15, 2020, where the fighter lost his 12 match winning streak to Marlon Vera at UFC 252. The fighter now looks forward to making a successful return by locking his horns with the 29-year-old Thomas Almeida. The bout between the two has already attracted every UFC fan’s eye.
Recently, in a press conference, Sean O’Malley talked about his upcoming bout against ‘Thominhas’ where he was seen not so worried and is really very excited for the fight. The fighter praised his opponent, calling him ‘a legitimate opponent’.

When asked if the scheduled bout excited him or he would like to fight someone higher up, the fighter said, “No I was excited about that fight. Uh, he’s a good kickboxer. His last three fights, he’s lots of good people, like really good guys. So it’s you know I think he’s a legitimate opponent.”
The fighter believes that the Brazilian coming off three losses might make him a more dangerous opponent. Even though Almeida lost four out of his five recent bouts, the 29-year-old fighter holds a remarkable scorecard of 22-4-0, and Sean O’Malley respects that.
