The third free practice session (FP3) MotoGP Thailand 2019 was washed down with heavy rain. Andrea Dovizioso was the fastest, ahead of Franco Morbidelli and Alex Rins.
The third free training session of the Thai MotoGP was originally held on Saturday (5/10/2019) morning BD but was postponed due to heavy rain on the Chang International Circuit. FP3 was over at 11.00 local time.
After the rain stopped and the track was ready to be crossed, a third racing practice session was held. Andrea Dovizioso became the fastest with a record time of 1 minute 36.250 seconds.
Dovi is 0.824 ahead of Franco Morbidelli in second place with a record time of 1 minute 37.074 seconds. The third place was occupied by Alex Rins with 1 minute 37.664 seconds.
Marc Marquez was in the fourth position with a time of 1 minute 38.864 seconds. Maverick Vinales follows with a difference of 0.085 seconds from The Baby Alien.
Meanwhile, Fabio Quartararo, who previously ruled the second free practice session, is ninth in the rankings. He was only able to record a time of 1 minute 40,019 seconds.
Valentino Rossi won the fastest time of 1 minute 40.232 seconds in this session. The Doctor is ranked eleventh.
