Kevin De Bruyne: “We can destroy Liverpool this weekend”

Liverpool will host Manchester City in the 2019/2020 English League this weekend. The Citizens midfielder, Kevin De Bruyne promised to destroy the Reds in his cage. The game titled big match will take place on Sunday (11/10/2019) evening Indonesian time.

The kickoff was held at 23.30 WIB. Liverpool holds an unbeaten record this season. In fact, Manchester City’s last win at Anfield occurred in May 2003. Audience support was cited as a determining factor in the dominance of the Reds at home.

As we know, Liverpool supporters are famous for being so excited every time their team plays home games. However, that did not make Kevin De Bruyne flinch.

“I prefer to play there, then when there is no audience, professional footballer wants to play in front of 50 thousand to 100 thousand spectators to create something worthwhile,” said De Bruyne told Reuters.

Liverpool currently leads six points ahead of Manchester City in the table. For City, victory at Anfield is so valuable, because it can cut the distance between the two teams that are quite far adrift.
