Focusing on Villarreal, Valverde doesn’t care about the future
Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde doesn’t care at all about his future after being deemed a failure this season. Valverde is currently only focusing when his team play against Villarreal in the Spanish La Liga continued.
The match which will be held at Camp Nou on Wednesday (09/25/2019) at dawn, is very important for the Blaugrana to return to the competition. Understandably, last weekend Barcelona surprisingly fell when they visited the Granada.
No wonder the 0-2 defeat left the Catalans in eighth place with seven points. You could say that what is happening right now is the worst thing since 1994-95.
Barcelona in crisis? Valverde did not deny the condition. Even he was ready with the worst risk if deemed incompetent to polish Barcelona this season.
“Crisis? The world of football is like this. You are in crisis every three days and then you come out the same way, that’s what we have to try and do. The only way to calm things down is to get six points from the next two matches.” Valverde was quoted as saying by Reuters on Tuesday (9/24/2019).
“In previous years we have always been consistent and benefited from others but this time we haven’t started well,” Valverde said.
