Red Bull Racing is planning to hire the best talents from in and out of the Honda. Since, the Japanese giants are set to leave F1 after the end of this season. The team boss, Christian Horner, believes it’ll help them understand and develop the chassis better. Further, it will come in handy in the seasons to come.

The Austrian giants are known for their chassis and impressive speed, for their high rake system. Recruiting talents from Honda will further boost their chances in technological advances.

The Milton Keynes-based team boss conveyed in an interview with Motorsport.com, “We will be applying exactly the same philosophy that we did to the chassis side. So the intention, exactly as I did with the chassis, is to make sure we attract the right talent and the best talent.

We’re going to inherit some great people and talent from Honda, but we are absolutely committed to getting the right people in the right roles in an efficient manner that integrates fully with the chassis side of the business.” He further added.

Power unit and Chassis to be bundled together, according to Red Bull Boss

The 47-year-old Englishman further asserted on their plan, “At the end of the day, F1 is still a team sport. It’s a people sport. And that’s one of the fundamental reasons that we’re housing our facility on site within the campus in Milton Keynes. It’s to make sure that there is this seamless integration between powerunit and chassis.”

Red Bull has made massive improvements with its chassis, engine, and rake. Hence, they’re the fastest on the track now. The alterations made from RB16 to RB16B are commendable. This is the first time Formula One pundits believe Mercedes are at backfoot in a long time. Conversely, are also the second favorite to win the title against Red Bull.

Intending to acquire the best talents out of Honda, Red Bull and her sister team Alpha Tauri will be looking forward to boosting their technical abilities to the next level.
