Mika Hakkiken, the Finnish former racing driver claimed that Lewis Hamilton’s record of 100 poles will forever be unbroken. The 20-times Grand Prix Championship has expressed that a record of this stature will be impossible for someone to beat in near future.
Lewis Hamilton achieved a record breaking 100 poles in Spanish Grand Prix this week. Everyone in media, the fans, the experts congratulated the British star for this unique achievement.

Hakkiken the former McLaren driver in an interview conveyed on this context, “Perhaps no one will ever beat Lewis’s pole position record, and his 98th win on Sunday means that he could easily reach 100 wins by the middle of this season. But never say it’s impossible because we all thought Michael’s records would stand forever”
Mika, further asserted on this, “I do not think it will be easy for anyone to beat Lewis’s records in the future, partly because of the way Formula 1 now operates. There is much closer coordination of the rules and regulations between the FIA, Formula One and the teams, and the new budget cap is designed to create more equal opportunity.”
100 POLES! I can’t even begin to describe how this feels. I can’t thank the team and everyone back at the factory enough for everything they’ve done to help us secure this incredible milestone. I feel so humbled and very grateful. This feels like my first win all over again 🙌🏾💯 pic.twitter.com/KkCgShdhq2

Lewis, 36 is the title contender this year alongside Max Verstappen of Red Bull. The Mercedes driver has picked up three wins out of four races he has taken part in and is leading the Championship with 15 points over Verstappen.

The Briton also has 98 wins to his name and as it stands in no time he’ll cross the total of 100 wins in Formula One history. If Hamilton manages to win this season’s Championship, he will have the unprecedented eight Formula One World Championship. It’s only a matter of time before Lewis Hamilton accomplishes all the records, believes Hakkiken.
