Lewis Hamilton Desires For “More Races” With Valtteri Bottas and Max Verstappen Like Bahrain GP 2021

Lewis Hamilton , 7 time world champion won the season opening race in Bahrain.

The recently concluded Bahrain Grand Prix winner Lewis Hamilton put forward his wishes to have more battles like the one he had at Sakhir. The seven times world champion expressed after the race that it was one of the toughest race he has been into.

With Lewis being the champion, there were Max Verstappen and Valtteri Bottas were in the podium to make the race look pretty much active and fascinating. Red Bull’s Max Verstappen spearheaded most of the race, being fastest at both the pre-testing and final qualification.

Mercedes AMG F1’s other driver Valtteri Bottas wasn’t far behind from the duo and clinched the P3 to give the Black Arrow’s much needed boost against their title rivals Red Bull Racing.

The 36-year-old Briton conveyed in anticipation of long interesting season, “I hope for many more of these sorts of races with Max and Valtteri. There’s a long way to go. 22 [races] – holy crap! I’ll be grey by the end of this!”

How Max Verstappen and Valtteri Bottas fares alongside Lewis Hamilton?

Red Bull’s prodigy, Max according to many Formula One pundits is the title contender of this season and might as well dethrone Lewis as the Champion. The Dutchman is in supreme form with the new Red Bull’s RB16B and it is said to be the fastest car on the track this season.

The Silverstone based team’s aggressive strategy helped Lewis take the Sakhir Championship away, however the strategy didn’t quite favour the Finn Valtteri Bottas. Bottas, who has been vocal about this but feels he can give Lewis or Max a run for their money and topple both of them to take the winner’s crown.

With more 22 races to go this season, the fans can’t hold their excitement as both Mercedes and Red Bull are equally gunning up for glory. Adding on, the three musketeers Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen and Valtteri Bottas are all set to win their next Grand Prix and take their desired lead in the driver’s standings and eventually clinch the Championship.
