The entire Red Bull Racing team management and particularly their team principal Christian Horner is all excited for the project. His Mercedes counterpart Toto Wolff congratulated them on their new upcoming powertrains division.

Talking on this regard, the 49-year-old Austrian in an interview, conveyed “I respect everybody that wants to defend their business or build their business, and the retaliation time has not yet come. But credit to the project, it is a Mount Everest to climb, I would like to have a fight with Red Bull power units.”

Horner also writes off all the comments and statements by Mercedes boss Wolff on Red Bull's growing stature in F1

The Bulls team principal Christian Horner conveyed on this, “Red Bull’s mission to bring all aspects of its Formula 1 operations in-house through Red Bull Powertrains is an enormously exciting undertaking but also an extremely demanding one, and we know that success will only be achieved by bringing in the best and brightest talent, by providing them with the right tools and by creating the right environment in which they can thrive.”

The Bulls to bring in Ben Hodgkinson and few more Engineers from Mercedes starting from this year. The Milton Keynes based team is piling up for the Powertrains division and will put these Engineers as head of each division at Red Bull once they start operating.
