Haas Team Principal Guenther Steiner Appreciates Mick Schumacher for His ‘Quiet and Prepared’ Attitude Prior to All His Races

Mick Schumacher of Haas F1 Team and his work ethics impresses his team principal Guenther Steiner.

Guenther Steiner, the Hass F1 boss speaks about nature and work ethics of his rookie German driver, Mick Schumacher.

The 22-year-old is the son of the legendary Michael Schumacher, and thus a lot of eyes are on the young racer. However, Mick hasn’t yet made a mark in F1 and therefore, has been facing much criticism about his choices.

But the Haas rookie doesn’t allow these talks to affect his driving skills and strategies. Further, he diverts all focus on his work. Therefore, this trait of the young Schumacher attracts his team principal Steiner.

In an interview, Steiner reported, “He is very quiet and very prepared,”

“I’ve never seen him in a panicked mood, never nervous, which I think is pretty cool for a 22-year-old. He’s always prepared and works hard. Mick works meticulously, very focused.” the Hass boss added.”

Steiner further exerted, “Mick only has one thing in mind which is to have a good first year in F1, even if it’s difficult. He can handle that very well and is very realistic about what is reachable and what is not.”

What is the future for Mick Schumacher in F1?

The 22-year-old has already demonstrated his worth in Formula Two, winning the 2020 championship. However, his F1 career hasn’t been as bright as his pursuit in the F2 sphere. He has apparently been the slowest in the circuit this year.

However, the young German isn’t worried about the 2021 season, as his team Haas F1 is more focused on the 2022 season. But the driver is giving his best in his debut season and might do even better in the following season in F1. The rookie still got a long way ahead to claim podiums.
