Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor will debut in UFC 246 where he will face Donald Cerrone.
While Cerrone is McGregor’s next fight, his next opponent could be former WSOF champion Justin Gaethje.
‘He’s on the list,” McGregor told The Mac Life, “Maybe I’ll face him later. He deserves it. It makes me laugh the way Justin is. He’s a funny guy.’

Gaethje spoke after learning that Dana White revealed that McGregor could face Khabib Nurmagomedov if he wins this fight.
McGregor indicated that Justin is taking the comments to heart and that he understands what Gaethje is feeling right now.
‘He has been taking it very seriously. I know the feeling when you do that. Maybe I’ll go through Donald and have a quick response against Justin. Maybe that’s what happens. But Justin is on the list, no doubt,’ said McGregor.
UFC 246 will be held on January 18 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
