Cody Garbrandt would return to the Octagon between February and March

Cody Garbrandt

Three years ago, Cody Garbradnt was undefeated and was the champion of the Gallic Weights of the UFC. Today, the Team Alpha Male member is at his worst stage as a professional by recording three straight losses, all of them by completion.

Inactive since his knockout fall to Pedro Munhoz at UFC 235, Garbrandt, 28, has been recovering from injuries that have kept him away from the octagon for longer than originally planned.

Chatting with ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, ‘No Love’ revealed when he plans to fight again and where he will prepare in addition to Team Alpha Male.

“I had the opportunity to speak with Cody Garbradnt yesterday at TAM. The recovery of your injuries is going well. He is already sparring again. It is already in good shape. His return would take place between February or March. The UFC has already mentioned possible opponents.”

That Garbradnt decides to train with Henry, head coach of the box of other fighters like Eddie Alvarez, Frankie Edgar, Marlon Moraes, and Thabit Magomedsharipov, it’s ironic all the drama caused when TJ Dillashaw left Team Alpha Male to train with Duane Ludwig at his gym.
