Chris Eubank Jr. Reveals The “Only Way To Beat” Canelo Alvarez

Canelo Alvarez has now beaten seven British opponents. Chris Eubank Jr has insisted that he could succeed where Saunders fell short.

Eubank Jr. said, “The only way to beat him, you’re not gonna beat him on points because he’s a powerhouse. I don’t know why you would try and go to points anyway because it’s gonna be hard to get a decision.”

“You wanna actually take it to him, you wanna hurt him. You wanna get his respect so that he stops trying to load up on you. And these guys are dancing around the ring just trying to get away from him for 12 rounds. I don’t understand it.”

“My game plan would be to take the fight to him. To just be as much of an animal as he is to them and be the same to him. See how he holds up, he’s just used to guys running away.”

Eubank Jr lost his unbeaten record via a split decision to Saunders in 2014 and their bitter feud is far from over.

Canelo Alvarez VS Caleb Plant

Fresh off his victory over Billy Joe Saunders. Mexico’s Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez targeted the American as he looks to unify the super-middleweight division by the end of the year.

As the last man standing, IBF super-middleweight champion Plant is well aware of the fact that he owns the final piece of the jigsaw puzzle. Which is something he plans to use to his advantage.

It seems though Plant isn’t at all fazed by the prospect of facing the pound-for-pound king.
