“It’s never too late to achieve your dream. I will always remember the main lessons I learned and the ideas I got from all of you! I will always appreciate the joy I experienced during the whole learning process that led to the exit, the final requirement that I need to complete to get a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Local Government Administration. ”

“I dedicate this to my beautiful and supportive wife, Jinkee, and our wonderful children, Jimuel, Michael, Princess, Queenie, and Israel. I will also show this diploma to my mother Dionisia, my father and my brothers and sisters and I will remind them of God’s loyalty. Among my achievements, this will be the most significant. Let this victory outside the boxing ring serve as inspiration for those who struggle to overcome difficulties, conquer and embrace life and all its difficulties, “Pacquiao added.
