Jake Paul slams back at Daniel Cormier for a backbiting comment on social media

In a recent Instagram story, Jake Paul appeared to clap back at Daniel Cormier. Cormier tweeted out his thoughts on Jake’s reaction to getting palmed by Ben Askren. Safe to say, Jake is not at all happy with what Cormier said.

In a recent Press Conference, Ben Askren seemingly palmed Jake’s face. Jake’s reaction, however, has sent social media into a spiral. As usual, Jake finds himself ‘trending’ on social media.

He looked like he wanted to throw a punch and then settled on slapping his ass? Ben smashes this dude.” Daniel wrote this as he ridiculed Paul’s reaction. Even KSI, an old rival of Jake’s found the whole ordeal very funny.

Clearly, Jake felt offended by Cormier’s tweet. He replied,” just like you were gonna beat stipe right?” Who knows, Jake might even try to challenge ‘DC’ next!

Paul’s social media antics are well documented. He has online ‘beef’ against the likes of Conor McGregor, Dillon Danis, Nate Diaz, and many more. Evidently, he likes to be in the center of controversy.

Go Time for Jake Paul?

Paul and Ben Askren will collide on Apr. 17 in a boxing match live on FITE pay-per-view from inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s time to see if Jake Paul can really put his money where his mouth is.

I would do a homicide on you if I wanted to,” added Askren. ‘Funky’ has been around the game for quite some time and has trash-talked with the best of them.  Although Paul is confident, Askren is nearly unflappable on the microphone.

Askren, who is an underdog for his professional boxing debut, will be looking to prove that his MMA experience will be enough to finally put the kibosh on Paul’s growing combat career. Askren has some work to do considering he’s never possessed lethal striking, but the former MMA world champion remains confident for his fight with Paul.
