Anthony Joshua will surely “Knock Tyson Fury out” claims Eddie Hearn

Tyson Fury calls the fight between Tommy and Jake an even fight.

Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn has been working on arranging a fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. Hearn is certain that if the fight takes place, Joshua will knock out Fury.

Since his last fight on December 12, 2020, against Kubrat Pulev, Joshua has been practicing a lot as he is going to face the unbeaten Gypsy King. Therefore, Eddie thinks AJ will stay ahead due to his consistent practice.

“Pump yourself up, and get ready for the biggest fight in boxing. I’m really confident. Anthony has been working really hard since December. I really think he’s going to knock Tyson Fury out,” said Hearn. Joshua has one loss in his career. Hence, he should be looking for a win to take his winning streak to three.

Tyson Fury stopped training

While the 31-year-old has been making every effort to prepare for the next fight, Tyson Fury stopped training. However, Fury will start training after he gets a date for his fight with Joshua. “I’ve been out of the ring for a bit, so I’m back to square one again, basically,” Fury said. “I’m not training any more. I’ve packed in at the moment.”

Besides, he has been drinking a lot for a while and having a laid-back life. “I am drinking anything between eight, ten, 12 pints of lager a day, at the minute. But I am not eating so I am getting my calories through alcohol. I have trained and trained and trained with no progress so I am now a man of leisure,” The Gypsy King conveyed in an interview.

Eddie Hearn thinks this kind of behavior from Fury is a red signal, and he might put the potential fight in doubt. He said, “I want him to get his mojo back and start concentrating on what is a life-changing moment for our sport – the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world between two Brits.”

Nonetheless, Eddie Hearn is working hard to finalize the fight date, and he may give monumental news in the next few days or a week.
