Victor Lindelof agreed to extend the contract with Manchester United. In the latest contract, Lindelof gets a salary increase of up to two times.
Quoted by the Daily Mail, Lindelof previously received a salary of 60 thousand pounds or the equivalent of Rp1 billion per week. With the new contract, Lindelof received 150 thousand or equivalent to Rp2.6 billion.
The official Manchester United website announced that Lindelof survived until 2024. The defender was the latest player to renew his contract with the Red Devils after Marcus Rashford and David de Gea.
The agreement at the same time made several teams bite the fingers. Call it Barcelona who reportedly was interested in bringing Lindelof in the transfer market last summer.
Lindelof joined the Red Devils in 2017. He has made 74 appearances to date and has always been a top choice with Harry Maguire.
