AC Milan will host Napoli at the San Siro on Week 13 of Serie A 2019-2020, Sunday (11/24/2019) at 5:30 p.m. (UK Time).
In five matches with coach Stefano Pioli, who was appointed to replace Marco Giampaolo, Milan has only won once and have already lost three.
Finally, before the international break, Milan surrendered 0-1 at the headquarters of league leaders Juventus, after previously beating the Lazio 1-2.
Their opponent this time is Napoli. Almost the same as Milan, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops were also in a pretty difficult situation.
Over the past few seasons, Napoli has always been in the top flight and competed with Juventus in the title race. However, this season, Napoli experienced a decline in performance.
Napoli is without a win in their last five matches in all competitions and only won once in their last six matches in Serie A. That makes them temporarily scattered outside the top four and are already 13 points behind Juventus at the top.
Milan and Napoli are both determined to win. Three points from strong opponents can boost their self-confidence.
AC Milan still hopes they can start pushing to appear in the Champions League, with them being dropped from the 2019/2020 Europa League because they are considered to have violated the Financial Fair Play.

That certainly hasn’t helped them so far, but can the Rossoneri start turn things around here? Although this is not an exciting period for the hosts, they look like a happier club with Napoli at the moment.
Napoli’s problems continued to mount with pressure on manager Carlo Ancelotti, who was linked to his return to Milan.
He reportedly threatened to be fired after a series of bad performances, which made Partenopei fell from the title challenger into a team that struggled to enter the top four of the standings.
With AC Milan and Liverpool next against Napoli, he is expected to have two matches to save his job. However, problems off the pitch making it difficult for the team to get up and get positive results.
The visitors have not won in their last five matches, which have dealt a blow to Napoli’s ambitions in domestic and European competition.
Along with the ‘rebellion’ in the club, the players did not attend the training for two days, where the training was planned to last for seven days.

Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis is reported to have received offers from interested parties to buy the club while trying to reduce half of the players’ salaries.
Meanwhile, players reportedly use their salaries to hire bodyguards. The reaction from Ultras was so severe that even the players moved their families out of Naples.
Ancelotti returned to his former club to try to solve all the problems, while several players with big names Napoli were surprisingly linked to the January transfer. Napoli is far from happy and that gives Milan a great opportunity.
The hosts have narrowly lost each to AS Roma, Lazio and Juventus lately, but they are one of the best performing teams.
The Rossoneri will be happy to face Napoli, who have won just two of their last eight away games in Serie A, after scoring four goals in each of their two away league wins this season.
📌 StartingXI: Meret, Di Lorenzo, Maksimovic, Koulibaly, Hysaj, Callejon, Allan, Zielinski, Elmas, Lozano, Insigne.

With only five goals scored in their last five matches, they are unlikely to return to scoring two goals away, while the Partenopei have drawn twice and lost once in their last three away matches against AC Milan.
Given the scale of the problems experienced by the visitors, we support Milan to achieve results on Sunday’s match.
However, we do not expect the hosts to completely reverse their fate. The hosts have scored less than two goals in 10 of their 12 matches this season, so it’s predicted the match will end in a draw after seeing Napoli draw four of their last five matches.
